Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Patch testing is recommended before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Our content is general in nature and does not replace professional medical or dermatological advice. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare provider when appropriate. Product availability is subject to change; we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue items without prior notice except where we have already accepted payment and cannot fulfil—in such cases we will offer a refund or alternative as applicable.

Pricing, promotions, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted; if an error affects your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Promotional codes, discounts, and bundles are subject to stated rules, dates, and exclusions. Taxes, duties, and import fees may apply depending on your shipping destination and local law; you are responsible for any amounts assessed by customs or tax authorities where applicable.

Orders, payment, and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We send an order confirmation email when we receive your order; this acknowledges receipt but does not always mean we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product or charge your payment method for digital-only services, unless we notify you otherwise. Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless we explicitly offer a guaranteed service in writing for your order. Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you or your designated recipient, according to our shipping policy and applicable law. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional fees.

Returns, refunds, and hygiene

Cosmetic and personal care products are subject to hygiene and safety rules. Unopened items in original packaging may be returnable within the period and conditions stated on our Returns page. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the item is defective or not as described. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window. Gift cards and certain promotional items may be non-refundable as disclosed at purchase.

Intellectual property
