How we ship your order
Bloom Bold ships cosmetic and personal care products with care so that bottles, jars, and compacts reach you in excellent condition. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Delivery times depend on your address, the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier performance, weather, and peak seasons such as holidays. The estimates shown on our site are business days and are not guaranteed unless we explicitly offer a guaranteed delivery product for your location.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders move to our warehouse queue within one to two business days. During launches, sales, or promotional events, processing may take longer; we will display notices on the site when delays are expected. Pre-order or back-ordered items ship when stock arrives; you will see an estimated ship window on the product page or in your order details. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a substitute, credit, or full refund for the affected line item.
Shipping methods and carriers
We partner with established courier and postal services. Available services—such as standard, express, or economy—appear at checkout based on your shipping address and cart contents. Some remote areas may only qualify for longer transit options. Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders or carrier rules in your region. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a notice, hold the parcel at a depot, or attempt redelivery according to their policy.
Free and discounted shipping
We may offer complimentary standard shipping when your order meets a minimum subtotal before taxes and after discounts, as advertised on our site (for example, orders over a stated threshold in your currency). Free shipping applies to eligible addresses only and may exclude oversized or heavy items if we disclose an exception. Promotional free shipping cannot always be combined with other offers unless stated. If you return items such that your order no longer qualifies for a shipping promotion, we may adjust your refund to account for the standard shipping fee that would have applied.
Shipping costs and taxes
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. Taxes (such as VAT or GST) may be collected on the product subtotal and sometimes on shipping, according to local law. For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges may be assessed by your country’s authorities and are typically your responsibility unless we offer a duty-paid option where available. We cannot predict exact customs charges; contact your local customs office for estimates.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or to process a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
Heat-sensitive and liquid products
Some skincare formulas may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. In hot seasons we may delay shipment, add protective packaging, or recommend express service for certain regions. Lipsticks and balms can soften in transit; cooling them upright before opening often restores texture. If you believe heat or cold has damaged a product, contact us with photos and we will review your case.
Sustainability and packaging
We use recyclable or recycled materials where feasible and right-size boxes to reduce waste. Outer packaging may include branding discreet enough for gift giving. Inner cushioning protects glass and pumps; please recycle cardboard and paper according to local guidelines.
Tracking and support
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, building reception, and neighbours, then contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, reach our team with your order number—we will help investigate within a reasonable timeframe.
Policy updates
Shipping partners, rates, and thresholds may change. The information on this page and at checkout at the time of your order governs that purchase unless we notify you of a material change that affects an open order.
Gifts and split shipments
If you send a gift directly to the recipient, ensure their address and phone number are correct for the carrier. Gift receipts omit prices. Occasionally we split one order into multiple parcels when items ship from different fulfilment points; you will receive separate tracking numbers and are only charged shipping once according to the method you selected at checkout, unless we informed you otherwise before payment.
