1. Returns Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • You can initiate a return request using the provided return link within this period.
  • After 7 days, we will not be able to process any return requests.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products
  • Products that do not meet expectations
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are processed at the order level only, not product-by-product.

3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • It must be returned in original packaging.
  • All freebies and accessories must be returned along with the product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address only.
  • If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must ship the product via a courier (e.g., India Post).
  • A reimbursement of up to ₹70 will be provided.
  • Any additional shipping cost beyond ₹70 will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Prepaid Orders → refunded to original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → refunded via bank transfer.
  • For prepaid payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking), refunds are typically credited within 3–5 working days.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Cash-on-delivery charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable)

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Orders

  • You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory showing original packaging, labels intact, and visible defect/damage.
  • Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the claim.
  • BlooomBold reserves the final decision in such cases.

7. Important Conditions

  • Complaints raised after 48 hours may not be considered.
  • Missing items in returned orders may lead to deduction up to full MRP.
  • Customers must be available during reverse pickup; missed pickups may delay the process.
  • Products purchased during sales, clearance, promotions, or contests are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items from combo/gift boxes cannot be returned individually.

8. Liability & Rights

BlooomBold reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Modify policies at any time without prior notice.
  • Make the final decision on disputes.


    💸 Refund Policy

    Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


    📦 Shipping Policy

    The product will be delivered to you within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.


    🔁 Return Policy

    You can return the product within 3 days of delivery.
    We will deliver the replacement within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
